The CSGz are like nothing you've every seen or heard before. With a heart to touch all walks of life, the CSGz have purposed their music to
reach this generation and generations to come by restoring God's image back into the earth. With their southern flavor yet diversified sounds,
the CSGz are a rap group that God has anointed to display the image of God in life form so that the world and the body of Christ can indentify
the truth and desire it. The CSGz music speaks to such a broad audience that it reaches the young person as well as the older person. It reaches different races and cultures plus people in the ghetto as well as people on wallstreet. If I had to say one thing about a CSGz song the word
would be "FUN", because you will be able to live a holy life for God and not have to reach for the secular to have fun. Their music is as good as any of the top artist in the industry today and they are capable of bringing the word of God like it arrived straight from the throne of heaven. The CSGz are something special, something Authentic, and
something REAL. They produce Results with Excellence under the Anointing of God in the spirit of Love.
The CSGz have been in existence for 9 years and have toured all around the country. In 2004, they signed with Wise Up Records, which is the record label of former Grapetree artist LG Wise. They have performed at the Acquire The Fire which is the largest traveling youth ministry in the country, hosted by Pastor Ron Luce. The CSGz have also appeared on the True Lies tour which is hosted by Phil Chalmers. The Life or Death Tour hosted by Wise Up Records is another tour that the CSGz have appeared on. In February of 2006, the CSGz performed on the BET gospel program "Spiritual Paramedics" were they performed a 30 minutes set. The CSGz have also shared the stage with many other great artist such as LG
Wise, BB Jay, KJ-52, Tonex, Disciple, and many others.
The CSGZ consists of the following 3 members.
1. Amos "Agape'" Pendleton
He the co-founded the CSGz in 1997. He is an ordained pastor and he serves as the Youth Pastor of New Dimension Church in Vicksburg, MS,
pastored Bishop George Straughter and his wife Franshelia Straughter. Bishop George Bloomer of Bethel Family Worship Center in Durham, NC serves as the spiritual covering for New Dimension Church. Agape' is married with 4 children and has been in ministry for 9 years.
2.Donald "Nikao" Dee
He joined the CSGz in March 2000. Nikao has served as the youth director for Keystone Ministries. He is currently a member of Word of Faith Christian Center Church in Vicksburg, MS, pastored by Pastor Reginald Walker with Bishop Kevin Wright of Word of Faith Int in Jackson, MS as their spiritual covering. Nikao has been in ministry for 6 years.
3. Cornelius "Lil Shep" Anders joined the CSGz in 2005. He has served as Assistant Youth Director along side Agape' at New Dimension. Lil'
Shep is currently a member of New Dimension Church. Lil" Shep is married with 3 children.
