Ctoonz

Ctoonz music is a group that makes dance music. We go by the saying “International Music”. What makes our group so special is the ability of adaptation. We can perform in the toughest of situation without letting pleasure get to us. Our group started in 2005, in the neighborhood of Washington Heights, New York City. The name Ctoonz came from one of our members, “HNS”; Ctoonz started back in High school as an English project, where we had to create a website with music and images. Kali D & Jtoonz liked the idea of playing and creating music so we started there. At the beginning it was difficult because we didn’t have the resources to create good music but our talent got someone to invest in us (Pavel Cruz), who gave us the opportunity to create a more professional music and expand as a music group. Everyone in the group has different musical influences but as a group our influence is where we came from, the Dominican Republic. What sets our music group apart from other music groups; band or singer is our variety in music. Everything we make sounds fresh and new unlike what no one else has done before.
