Curbstone Beauty is a local band that has made the transformation from just another band to, "wow, Curbstone Beauty!", not only packing in the fans but delivering the goods with their blend of rock & roll that even features the guys doing the "unplugged" thing, stools & all! Certainly a 180 degree turn since we first seen them a few years back! Be sure to keep an eye on these guys as they've recently jumped back into the studio recording a full length CD with all new material. At this point of the night we were pleasantly amazed that there were over 600 local music fans inside The Emerald Theater, giving this Thursday Night Live a look that far out paced some events we've attended here on a Saturday Night! - Detroit Rock Review

“Curbstone Beauty” is a ambitious rock and roll band from the Detroit metropolitan area currently redesigning the way music and business are perceived and operated in the music industry. The band recently recorded a new album “A Season In Hell” in Ann Arbor, MI at Rock City Studios. They plan on vigorously touring throughout the year of 2011 after the release of their new E.P.
“Curbstone Beauty” is living proof that ingenuity, dedication, and a touch of charm can embrace the modern, global music scene in ways that outmaneuver traditional barriers.
These four high school friends have vowed to make a difference with their music and actions by lending their talent, time and interests to the communities and areas that surround them. Curbstone believes “we must become the change we want to see”….
Goals:
1) To procure compatible business sponsorships for promotional use and secure exclusive marketing
rights to those business partners.
2) Team up with local and national business chains to help distribute new products while band is promoting and touring. Our priority is to establish a long term relationship to equally benefit both parties.
3) Land distribution and radio promotional deals with recording label and management companies.
4) Explore new and untapped markets online, offline, and overseas.
5) Create more media for fans and create “core” audience.
Objective:
The main objective is to secure strong relations amongst a team of management, record label, booking agency and promotional companies in order to continue expanding the brand. This band contains the ability to help build brand power and enable companies to gain access to normally restricted promotional areas…
This includes indoor and outdoor venues, malls, college campuses and social networking sites.
