Curious Strange: Blacksburg’s premiere jam band, began its second year with six gigs in six weeks. Playing about half the shows at outdoor house parties and half in the Blacksburg bar scene, this group, who met as students at Virginia Tech, is still working hard, writing songs and developing an audience. - The Roanoke Times

Bio
Originating in Blacksburg, Virginia, Curious Strange's present form came together in January 2007. Comprised of familiar musicians among the scene, they found their distinct sound quite naturally. Offering both concise, catchy and progressive songs Curious Strange has amassed a dedicated following in the Southwest Virginia area and is now branching out to the surrounding region.
