Curt Klingerman is a Christian singer/songwriter who has a passion for Christ. Although his music may fall under the Contermporary Christian genre, it has something for everyone. His music crosses blues, folk, and rock, creating a unique style of its own. In all, the intent of Curt's music is to glorify God, edify the Body of Christ, and draw those who are seeking to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Curt is a cofounder with his wife Kathy of Hautou Ministries Inc. "Hautou" (pronounced "how-to") is the Greek word meaning "His." "His" refers to the Lord Jesus Christ. The concept is to allow Jesus Christ to be the head of the ministry. Overall, the principle in which they operate under is "freely you have received, freely give," therefore, the music (both perormances and CDs) and the ministry are given away free of charge.
Although Curt has been writing songs for over 25 years, his debut album didn't come on the scene until 2002. Its title is "Drifter's Highway" which is an independent release. Curt is presently working on his second album project entitled "The Kitchen Table" which will be offered up when it's complete.
Currently, Curt is based in the Batesville, Indiana area. As stated already, he is in the process of assembling a band, which will be included in future live performances, along with his album projects.
