I have been rapping for the past decade or more and its only been the past 6 years that I have been recording Christian Hip Hop. My life has finally settle down to the point where I can truly focus on music. Every one has a testimony. Some are based on being raised up in the church, all the way to never knowing who God was and truly being captured by Jesus Christ. Mine was the Second part of the last sentence. I Matthew Cornwell am an ex hustler, drug addict, gang member, and alcoholic, saved by the Amazing Grace of my creator. The music that I bring to the fore front is from the streets to the suburbs, to reach every type of people, no matter your race or creed, the passion I represent is that of equality and focus on making Jesus look like a Savior and friend, but most of all Lord and King of our lives. Over the past 6 Years God has delivered me from all types of addictions and has soften my heart so that I can try to love people like He loves people.
The chains have been broken in my life and I have been released to spread Gods message to the world and what better way to do this than to use the talent and zeal I have been blessed with. I am unique in the sense that I know for a fact that Christ saved me from Hell and now I have been called to spit the Gospel's flame to the masses.
