With his filthy mouth, free spirit and fun loving lyrics, rapper Capital G is sure to get any party started. He represents “Locals Only”, a collective of artists spread out between Austin,San Diego and DC. Having lived on numerous continents growing up, his music is a reflection of his world wide perspective. He shares his everyday escapades that come with living his unique life. He says what we all think and do what most cant. Whether driving a fast car, getting a lap dance or reflecting on his past, his writing style allows you to visualize his lyrics, making you feel like you're there. Capital G began his career in Orlando, FL after moving from the DC area to develop as an artist. Living near Full Sail University he had the opportunity to work with artists from all across the country, heavily influencing his style. There, he recorded over 100 songs,some of which made it onto his first mixtape. Capital G made his his debut with the very well received “The Fax” mixtape after returning to the DC area. He then started taking part in various projects, recording sessions and ciphers with some of the most notable names in the DMV hip hop scene before the release of his second project “SuperSmacked”, which garnered an even greater response than his previous effort. This is what ultimately lead to him opening shows for the likes of Nas, Wale, Jeremih, Mod Sun and Juelz Santana to name a few. After feeling the need to further develop his style and expand his brand, G took him self out of his comfort zone and moved to Ausin, TX to record his first album which slated to be released in early 2016. He continues to release singles through various media outlets and perform throughout Texas.
