Cyphier was a concept project started by Michael Lee(Louis Cyphier) and Jason M Norwood after much discussion about music and poetry and how the two can blend together using concepts from Industrial, EDM, PowerNoise and other electronic sounds. The band has recorded their first album Overthought, a journey into the mind of someone that is contemplating suicide. The Album draws on 20 years of recording by Jason and as many years as an industrial DJ by Michael to create a unique blend of music and story that ultimate drive awareness of the issue.
Cyphier is currently booking an eastern Canadian tour for the summer of 2016 as well as working on a second album tentatively titled subversion.
