Bio
Started writing rhymes at the age of 11. I felt I always had something to say. Born in Houston, Tx , grow up in Austin, tx and Portland, Or. But, my home is Houston growing up wasn't the easiest road. Music was an outlet for me because I was always getting into things I wasn't supposed to. Writing was a way for me to free my mind of what was going on around me. Parliment, Teddy P, Scarface, Teena Marie, Rick James, were some of the influences of music that made me believe in becoming a full time musician. Always wanting to fit in I grew up around hustlers, gangsters, pimps, etc. My mom did what she could to stray me away from those influences but that was easier said than done. I felt more comfortable around old school cats who were making that kind of money. My Uncle Anthony kept me under his wing showing me how to be a smart hustler. Don't hang around too many people because it draws attention. Especially, if its not with good intentions. So, those were some of the rules I live by til this very day. My first performance came in Austin, Tx at the Palmer Auditorium with my boys Dred Skott. One of the members is no longer with us. But, is in heaven (R.I.P. Octavius Berry A.K.A. Esbe The 6th St Bull). Then I did a few at Troubadour's on 6th Street. And also, the The Tap Room on 4th and Colorado. I moved back to Houston and did a few showcases here in there but I'm onto something bigger and better. My music if for the hadnots and that's who I speak for. My sound has been compared to some of the greats in the game today so, I'm here to set the bar as high as I can for the next generation of musicians like myself to follow.
