Lil Debby, Da Candy, Zoobstool - That Way


Q1. Please talk to us about your release "That Way" and the inspiration behind it.

Talking of my inspiration to create “That Way”, it was an absolute crush on a Jersey Typo style of Club music, which is a combination of hip-hop or R’n’B with EDM/Jungle beats and since i’m a big fan of a hip hop music and rap industry I was super excited to work with Lil Debbie as a vocalist on this track. And of course she nailed it as always! Check the track - the girl got that saucy flow! So we teamed up with Zoobstool and Lil Debbie to move a Club music in a new direction by mixing all styles of Jersey, Hip Hop, Jungle and EDM to make this track as it is now.







Q2. How is this track special compared to other tracks you’ve released throughout the career?

I have been producing different styles of music such as trap, big room, hip hop, moombahton, pop and rnb. I really wanted to work on a Jersey type of beat. For me, its first of all “ALL NEW EXPERIENCE”, a mixture of my favourite styles. I wanted to make a track with Lil Debbie for a long time, cause i really adore what she is doing in the rap game. I believe this is the exact track to keep the club music moving.



Q3. Can you pick 1 or 2 must plays in your recent sets and why?

According to my taste of music, its of course “That Way” of mines , i played it recently on a bunch of festivals including the festival in Taiwan during my latest tour and the crowd went CRAZY. That’s the energy i like on my performances, i love seeing people going nuts when i drop my music, that’s what make me special as an artist , isn’t it?)



This year i’m planning to make my performance playlist consist of 60% of my own music and yeah back to the question - my absolute favorites goes to :

1.Skrillex - Dirty Vibe (Aazar Remix)







2.Bad Royale - Bounce Dat

Just loving these type of vibes on a stage with these tracks.Fiireee!







Q4.What was your first impression of Japan? What was the most surprising or impressive experience?

I’ve never been to Japan yet but i hope to visit it this year and to drop my set for the local public! Yes, i heard a lot of awesome things about Japan from my friends DJs, entering Japan is like entering the future and you can choose any character you wanna be there and feel free to be it when on the streets, noone gonna judge you, you have a crazy cool type of fantasy. So i’m super excited to visit it! Heard you guys party like crazy and really enjoying music on a show, I love this when people know what styles of music they like at a show, that makes a cool connection between artist and people when both of them has a genuine taste in music!



Q5. Any exciting new projects coming up that you can share with us for 2019?

Yes, I’ve produced some really cool new projects for 2019 with very talented singers in a new styles for me ,I can’t reveal more , only i can say that it will be moombah/reggaetton//hiphop/rnb/jungle/jersey/trap and even pop latin tracks, haha should i go on? So of course i’m excited for my new music to hit the stage. For now i’m planning my next release in February with one of the most talented latin singers and song writers, so yeah , follow me for more cool music and music production.

Also, we have established a new company CandidVFX with a really cool guys who do video graphics and visuals for DJs performances, festivals, lyric videos and so on ,so it’s my new baby that supports visuals for all my music production.

And I might be doing a new merch line with my Candid Label and come up with new stylish things made by all latest clothes trends which have been influencing me.
