Russ ILL lives in the Queen City (Regina, Saskatchewan) and even though he loves Hip Hop, he feels a higher calling to minister the Word of God.
After flying under the radar for the last 4 yrs There is a lot of excitement as we await his debut release that will hit the streets in the summer of 2006.
