Bio

Former member of Penfold, the band wrote prolifically and gigged steadily around Yorkshire, before changing their name in 1997 and releasing their debut EP "French Maid Easy". A full album of new material was recorded but never released- shortly after, Chris "Bully" Willcock replaced Eddie on drums and a change of direction saw Penfold become a stripped-down tight indie-pop outfit.

Significant record company interest followed from both majors and indies, but by 1999 all four members were located in different parts of the country, working on other projects. Writing, rehearsing, performing and recording became prohibitively difficult, and the group reluctantly disbanded at the end of the year.

In the years that followed, the band members pursued their own careers, including record production, sound engineering, acting, teaching and playing in numerous other musical projects. The band reformed in 2006 to play at SnaithFest and while future reunions are being negotiated Dale has continued to record and play his songs.
