Originally from Vancouver BC, Damian Azriel's music has been described as a "sexy hot" brand of real live rockin' roll. Damians' guitar playing, influenced by the likes of Santana, Jimmy Page, and Hendrix is instantly recognizable, featuring his own unique tone and style. Damian has been featured on local radio stations CFOX, CFRO, and CITR and internationally on Englands Radio 2XS. He has been writing music, touring and singing and playing in original bands since the age of 15. Damian auditioned to be the guitarist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers. His self titled debut recording, entitled "Girl Trouble" in 2005 was entirely written and produced with almost no money by Damian while working as an assistant engineer at Bullfrog, the now defunct legendary local recording studio. A self-taught musician/singer/songwriter, Damian placed second out of hundreds of guitarists at "Labbats Guitar Warz" at the old Vancouver watering hole, Club Soda, and is currently performing and writing with his band.
