Bio
My story is simple. Growing up was fun, but stark. We started off as the only colored family in a trailer park outside of montreal, and then moved into an apartment that had infestations or cockroaches and earwhigs at various times. Through out these times, I grew up listening to Lionel Richie, Bobby Brown, Janet Jackson, and Michael Jackson to name a few from my infancy. Through my pre adolescence and adolescence, I added Alicia Keys, Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Boyz II Men, and many other soul and r&b artists to my playlist. After skipping a couple of grades and graduating from both high school and prep school early I was in university for a couple of years before dropping out to pursue the one thing that fits in my life; music. What sets me apart has always been my lyrics and arrangements. Being where I am from, there are not many avenues to pursue, but all A&R's agree on one thing when they give me advice; I can sing, and my lyrics are even hotter than the beats that I am saddled with. It's funny because growing up I was an athlete with first honours academics, and I gave it all up for the struggle of being an artist. I will not stop, will not quit, and I will get to the top.
