Bio
Damon has blended many influences including Jimi Hendrix, Carlos Santana, Andre Segivia, Wes Montgomery, combined with the vocal stylings of Otis Redding,George Benson,Stevie Wonder and Prince, to create a unique solo guitar/vocal act. After many years on the road performing guitar as a sideman with many major artists, Damon has found his own voice in his original material in a small band or solo guitar setting,. THe smaller setting is pure,and allows alot of freedom.
Damon has created a unique guitar style that blends flamenco,jazz,blues and rock with fingerstyle playing that is very different than other guitarists. Check out videos on you tube to get a taste of what he does.
