Dan's story began in 1997 when he formed his first band; a gothic-doom metal band called Inferialis. He then enjoyed international success with the pop band O-Zone(Dan also was the producer and songwriter of this band). As O-Zone's hit "Dragostea din tei"(also known as "The Numa Numa Song") reached the Number 1 spot in its 32nd country and the album "DiscoZone" hit Number 1 in Japan, Dan decided to venture closer to his rock roots and headed to Los Angeles ,California.
Guitarist Igor Buzurniuc, drummer Ghena Barbu and bassist Alexandrin Calancea were the finest musicians that Dan could possibly find in Eastern Europe for a rock project. And although Dan wrote the compositions prior to the formation of the band, the foursome took two years to give the music their own personal sound and style. He asked acclaimed producer Jack Joseph Puig (John Mayer, Black Crowes, Rolling Stones, Sheryl Crow, No Doubt) to produce this record. Fortunately, after hearing the songs and seeing the boys perform live, Jack was extremely enthusiastic about working with them. The album was recorded in April and June of 2006 at Ocean Way Studios (Los Angeles). It's a fresh twist on modern rock and it's coming soon...
