Like their namesake, the band is frisky. They perform timeless songs composed with room for spontaneous exploration blended with cross samplings of the American songbook and beyond. They aim to get butts bumping and big smiles shining ear to ear.
From a whisper to a roar, Maria's voice delivers the songs with genuine heartfelt emotion. The music pulses using old school RnB Grooves with a deep respect for the power of the blues, the in the moment of jazz improv and the importance of exploring new turf.
