Bio
Dancing Animals, brainchild of Mike Conner, was formed in Loxahatchee, FL in 2008. Mike Conner and childhood best friend, Morgan Bouchelle, recruited former classmates Chris Ryan and Colin Hare with the intent of bringing Mike's songwriting skills to life. The band recorded their first EP, Wasteland Music, in 2009 in a homegrown, Loxahatchee studio. The band took a hiatus due to further education and illness until 2012. In this time period, Mike recorded Springtime Girls by himself with the help of Flowbee Studios. Colin Hare and Morgan Bouchelle returned to Dancing Animals in 2012. Since then, the band has been working on an EP featuring all new songs and re-recordings of those previously released on Springtime Girls.
