Dan is quite simply one of the best comics working today. He booked over 150 college dates in 2007-2008 so far and can be seen this summer on Last Comic Standing and on his half hour Comedy Central Presents special.

Biography

With a knack for writing crisp, absurd jokes, and captivating audiences with his laid back, signature delivery, Dan Cummins’ is standing out amongst his stand-up peers. In 2006 Dan made his national television debut on the "Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson," and made his Comedy Central debut on “Live at Gotham.” Dan started 2007 with a performance at Comedy Central’s South Beach Comedy Festival, and by then becoming the most booked comic of NACA Nationals, getting requests from over 100 universities. During his impressive fall college touring, Dan found time to tape his first 1/2 hour special, “Comedy Central Presents Dan Cummins.” 2008 has started off even better, with the debut of his new special, two additional successful college showcases, and reaching the nationally televised semi-finals of NBC’s “Last Comic Standing: Season 6.” 2008 will also feature the debut of his first professionally recorded CD, “Things I’ve Thought About”.
