20 year old Danica Bucci has had the urge to perform from a very early age. Initially, Danica excelled as an outstanding dancer who vibrant stage presentation, flashing smile and warm personality captured many audiences.

She has performed for warm-ups at and sung the national anthem at Toronto Blue Jays games, sung national anthems at Buffalo Bisons, St. Catharines Ice Dogs and St. Catharines Falcons games, performed at several Ontario entertainment and charity venues and recently her unique style culminated in the release of her first CD entitled “Tonight” which features a variety of her own songs and demonstrates her widespread musical talent.

Singing and song writing was a major goal and Danica was extremely pleased when over 400 people turned out at Club Roma to enjoy an evening of food and entertainment highlighted with the release of her first CD.

The evening was used as a fundraiser for the Niagara Peninsula Children’s Centre with nominal donations from all who attended and a portion of Danica’s CD sales going to the Centre. Danica performed a selection of songs from her CD backed by a talented band and the Holy Cross Dance Team. One of her accompanying musicians was St. Catharines native Anthony Mancini who has toured extensively with the big-voiced Canadian tenors and has participated in the production of their Season of Song Canadian Tenors and Friends special which included performances by Justin Bieber, Paul Anka and David Foster.

Danica has performed on a regular basis at several Niagara-St. Catharines area entertainment locations including Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Johnny Rocco’s, D.J’s Pub and Eatery, The Niagara, The Host, Spicy Olive, Celtic Club, Taps, Syndicate, The Buttery, Corks, and Lambadina Lounge in Toronto.

Danica plays keyboard and guitar and teaches vocal lessons regularly at The Niagara Institute of Music in Niagara Falls and The Fun School of Music in Grimsby.
