Bio
Music is truly at the center of Daniel Gillis' world, and that passion comes across in his music. When there was nowhere for his early rock bands to play, he helped organize the variety shows and battle of the bands at school. In high school when he ran out of money for guitar strings, he got a job at the local radio station.
Daniel strives to master, and transcend the guitar to create beautiful soundscapes everytime he performs. At 18 he has already opened for guitar virtuoso Andrew White and multiple Juno winner David Francey, who jokingly said "Hopefully someday you'll let me open for you".
