Bio

Daniel Hart spent much of his twenties, performing in the West End and on historic British Television drama, receiving rave reviews.
The Daily Telegraph remarked on his performance as Taplow, in The Browning Version; “Hart is astonishingly convincing!”

It was during his time on stage in The West End and the surrounding pubs clubs and party scene that much of the material for his debut album “Daniel Hart and The Chaos Report” came about. Coming from the friction between artistic aspirations, cultural identity and the struggle between love and the ego.

Daniel wanted to be able to meet a time when he was able to commit himself to what he truly cherished, the desire to manifest an album of material.

Writing the music for his performance as the Dylanesque front man in 2007’s BBC sitcom 'Love soup', which was described by David Renwick, writer of TV smash ‘One Foot In The Grave’ as 'just uncanny', this was the moment to jump in to another realm of the arts.

With the support of the production team, Joe Public, the album was laid down between 2006 & 2007 and around it he formed the group ‘Chaos Report’. Their material has been praised as 'exceptional' by Charlie Gillett, of BBC Radio 2’s World Music Programme, traversing the spiritual and physical, the temple and the dance club.

Chaos Report have been compared to Elton John, Prince and Rabbi Yehuda Ashlag. The Zohar is as an integral part of their performance and they seem to be on a mission to elevate, all at once, spirituality and tough gorgeous, rock n roll!

Their debut album is due for release this year.
