Danielle Foote entered the public eye as a Big
Brother 6 Intruder housemate, but quickly endeared herself to audiences with her sweet, friendly nature and angelic singing voice.

Prior to entering the house Danielle worked as the Adelaide Marketing Manager for fashion outlet Supre, but upon leaving Big Brother she was approached by Independent record label Secret Days and has since been catapulted in a completely new direction after they noticed her musical talents on the show.

With music being a major part of her life, Danielle was ecstatic to start recording her first single ‘Underneath the Radar’, a former number 1 smash hit by UK act Underworld, during her whirlwind of Big Brother promotional activity. The pinnacle however was then sharing her first live performance with over 2.2 million viewers on the Big Brother 6 Finale, with iTune downloads of the track skyrocketing as soon as the Finale show ended.

The single was released in stores August 7th 2006 and has been a huge hit for her first effort, with a #14 debut on the Australian Aria singles chart, a number #2 on the Australian Independant Charts and her video clip airing on Ten’s Video Hits, Rage and Channel V, not to mention a recent appearance on Fox 8’s popular music show CD Live.

Life since has been a busy one for Danielle – with appearances on Rove Live, a myriad of radio and newspaper interviews, travel all over Australia with BB appearances, Children’s Hospital visits in Brisbane/Sydney and appearances at Dreamworld during the school holidays amongst the highlights. Danielle has also graced the cover of popular magazine Zoo Weekly. Australia can’t seem to get enough of the 19 year old from Adelaide.

With Big Brother over Danielle is now completely focused on her musical career and has her sights firmly set on writing great songs, recording an album and performing live. With original material already being performed at local gigs – don’t be surprised to be hearing a lot more from this girl in the future!
