"Freedom Costs Money"

This man should be given his own prime time BBC TV slot. He is like a young Bill Bailey - using humour to deliver a detailed perspective on life that many can relate to. - Freedom Costs Money

Bio

Born and raised in Chicago in a gang of nine boys, Daniel Orlick decided it was time to head to the sunny beaches of southern California when he left his parents’ home. So he grabbed his guitar, his skateboard, and the clothes on his back and set off to engage in a daily diet of skating, surfing, sunburn, and of course, music. After being completely absorbed in this totally gnarly and sick approach to life for some time, a child was born to him on the rainy shores of England, a charming little dude with a twinkle in his eyes and a miniature skateboard in his hand, and being that the bigger dude fell in love with the little dude, along with the fact that a certain Brit was willing to manage his music career and help take him forward, he weighed his options and decided to put the surf and sun on hold for a bit, while carrying his music forward to the UK and riding a waterlogged skateboard past mill buildings while townies and chavs with soccerballs gazed on in disbelief. If you think it sounds crazy, you’re right. It is crazy. But who cares, because if the music doesn’t convince you, nothing else will.
