Friends since jr. high, Angus and Kyle never considered putting their talents together. Kyle was a metal-head and Angus was a Simon & Garfunkel fanatic, it just didn't seem like a good match. Over the years they each had their bands and did their thing. Kyle eventually became part of the band Detox, which did rather well (and is still around today, minus Kyle), while Angus recorded a solo album then took off for a semester in Scotland, in hopes of finding some new prospects.
A few months later, they both found themselves back at home, and on their own. So it was that they met up again, and decided to give it a try. Starting with the acoustic style that Angus had worked in for so long, for 3 years they have honed and developed their collaborative sound to create what is now danteploy. Still acoustic, but far beyond what it was before.
