Daphney Jackson born in Joliet, IL, The youngest of eight children. Daphney is married to her college sweet heart Germain O. Jackson since 10/23/93 both reside in Hazel Crest, IL "Whom God has joined together let no man put assaunder".
Daphney started singing as well as playing musical instruments at an early age.
Daphney has been vocally trained at J.J.C , Valley Kingdom ministries Workshop, and with Rickey Ricardo Sims her brother whom is a skilled vocal instructer in L.A. California. She sung in many church choirs. Daphney has also been an invite guest of many local Gospel fests,church musicals and Concerts.
Daphney took part in "H.G.D.C INSPIRATIONAL CHOIR" (MESSIAH Records)
(Pastor Rodney Hutton,Sr.Pastor L.T Hutton) freshman recording project. She has also open for the well known "Jesse Dixon" & for "Tanya Ray" (ARM entertainment). Has opened for the Live recording of Limmie Battles as an invited Guest of none other than the hardest working producer around Percy Grey (New Direction Founder, Dove and Stella Award nominee, and of Grey boy productions) She have song on the same stage as w'ell known now recording artist and famous background singer Bridgett Camble and a host of others.
She heard GOD’S calling on her life to sing the Gospel to the masses. Daphney's Moto is "There is nothing to hard for God to do, if he's done it for others he will also do it for you, NowFaith"
Daphney was also invited to sing in Nashville, Tennessee on "Jim Fowlers All Nite Sing" where she won first place, and was featured on national TV program. She was featured as Gospel Artist of the month on www.gospelindex.com.

Daphney has been lead into the recording studio by the Holy Spirit and has now released her first project this year entitled “Rescue Me”. “Rescue Me" was written to tell backsliders that God loves them. If you need GOD to touch you when you are at a low point in your walk with CHRIST” listen to "Rescue Me" and you will find your self praising God as never before. "Rescue Me" was written by and all vocals lead and background vocals performed by Daphney. All songs were written by Daphney and her husband Germaine O. Jackson together as a couple. They work together as a team.
The motivation behind this first project is not only the Holy Spirit, but the love and admonition for her Husband and God head Minister Germaine O. Jackson mother & father, the late and great Pastor Evangelist Ethel P. Sims and Deacon Lonnie M. Sims Sr. "My husband was the one who encouraged me to keep singing and to go into the studil, he inspires me and I thank God for him everyday". “My mother was a great role model for me, she taught me to stay close to GOD and in his word”.
Daphneys’ goal is to sing the praises of GOD to all who are willing to hear and be set free. She hopes that everyone who listens to her music will receive the message that GOD has placed in each of these songs and receive a break through”.
