The merger of Liza and Melinda of DARE|MONEY is the result of two cosmic galaxies colliding. As songwriters, Liza (DARE) and Melinda (MONEY) bring a combination of essences to the table, creating music comparable to the pop/r&b music currently coming out of the U.K. scene. Their quirky approach to the typical issues of twenty-something girls -- love & heartbreak, friendship & jealousy, work & play -- is one of the elements that sets DARE|MONEY apart from the rest. DARE|MONEY is a fusion of DARE’s history as a classically trained singer in opera and jazz as well as her love for Old Hollywood Glam, and MONEY’s roots as a dancer and pianist-turned-singer with a lifelong love for rhythm and blues.
