Dark Embrace financed, produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered their latest demo "The Alliance is Holding" and released it exclusively on MySpace in January of 2010. It is now available for download to the public at: http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/darkembrace2

Dark Embrace released a new three song demo called "The Alliance is Holding" in January of 2010 and is in the process of writing and recording more music. Meanwhile, Dark Embrace plans to perform more concerts, and sorting through the multitude of opportunities which have presented themselves with the release of "The Alliance is Holding".
A bit of history: Dark Embrace was founded by bassist Jason Barker. Vocalist Mike Turner and guitarist Dan Turner joined the fold in 2006. Dark Embrace added Joshua Haunted on guitar in the fall of 2009. As far as records go, the band released a 5 song self titled and self produced EP in 2007 which sold over a few hundred copies and was played in local radio markets as well as internet radio. Since 2006, the band played hundreds of concerts at various venues in the Mid-South and in the process drew in a sizeable local following. Not a band to dwell in the past however, Dark Embrace is moving steadily to a whole new level of success in 2011 with the release of new music, bigger concerts and more exposure to the world.
