DARKLARK is the most promising new Canadian band that no one has ever heard of, yet. For the past two years this collective of songwriters and producers Mel Larkin, D’Ari Lisle, Jake Birch and Jason Spanu have been honing their skills creating a new sound that’s as unique as it is timeless. With an arsenal of songs under their belt, and countless opportunities on the horizon – they have already been pre-approved for an official SXSW and FAI showcase – this young act is ready to showcase what they do best: write, perform and promote great songs. Individually, each of the members has played in numerous other projects and toured the world several times over supporting and playing with acts like The Black Keys, Frank Ocean, The Weeknd, Nelly Furtado and Drake. DARKLARK will be continuously releasing singles accompanied by a video every month for a year starting in March 2015.
