Bio
We're an Oakland-based band with roots in the San Francisco goth/industrial scene. Aki started the band as a solo project in 1995. He played as a guitarist-for-hire in Pear and Jalopy Unlimited before deciding to take time off to work on his own material. Finn, a veteran of Bay Area bands The Grey Season, The Insult Generator, and All the Meat Wants, joined the band in 2003 after hearing the band's stunning debut album.
Although our sound is based around driving industrial beats, our influences include guitar-centric bands with a penchant for improvisation. We've married the two styles for a unique live show.
We've been told that our music is reminiscent of Nine Inch Nails, Jane's Addiction, Razed In Black, and Ministry. If you like these bands, visit our web site and give us a listen.
