Darlene released her first recording "Smokey Rose" in 2006 and several tracks are receiving regular airplay in Canada. Darlene will soon release a single that was written by the well known singer/songwriter, Terry Carisse.

Darlene walked away with several awards, namely, Songwriter of the Year, Female Singer of the Year, and, teaming up with Lee Hodgkinson, also walked away with Duo of the Year award in 2001.
Darlene won first place prize and a recording contract at the Valley Idol competition held at the famous Riverside Jam in Carleton Place, Ontario, in 2004. She has since recorded a single, which we hope will be released shortly, that was written by famous singer/songwriter, the late Terry Carisse, titled Do You Want A Girl Like That and has aspirations to do more recording in the future.
Darlene had the wonderful opportunity to sing a long side Pam Tillis during a country cruise.
