Part rapper, part singer (think Lupe Fiasco and Drake) Dash the Minds uses the art of storytelling through rhymes in combination with the soul of rhythm and blues to show people a new reality. Witty punchlines, bold statements, and a flow born from the cypher are the pillars of his cadence. His raps are highly approachable, understandable, and do not marginalize the mainstream - in fact, it is the mainstream for whom this message is intended. As a singer, Dash weaves his soulful R&B/Gospel sounds to deeply stimulate people's musical senses bringing them closer to him and his powerful message.

During his time at SUNY Oswego (where he graduated with a degree in Zoology), Dash the Minds discovered and embodied a unique worldview - going within his heart and his soul to understand the external reality. A student of many ancient theories (the divine matrix, the zodiac and the chakra to name a few), Dash has an evolved understanding of the world. In his words, "recognizing myself as the Source has my heart and my head right." He plans to spread a message - the message of love, light, and consciousness through music.
