When on stage the members of Da T.R.A.P Boyz demand the audience’s attention! Whether they are jerking their necks to the side doing The Moss, Bouncing N Sliding, Cranking Dat Transformer, or just simply getting their Swag On they can’t be denied. All original dances with very catchy hooks this feel good type of music will have the whole crowd Bouncing N Sliding.
Da T.R.A.P Boyz originated from a freestyle session and a trip to the club. All from Buffalo, NY Da T.R.A.P Boyz started out as friends. Myshawn, B.Randle, and Neno met each other through a mutual friend named B.Rich
Bounce N Slide was the first track the Da T.R.A.P Boyz recorded. Originally a nameless dance the group did while clubbing. The group named the dance Bounce N Slide during the recording session. After recording Bounce N Slide the group hit the Groove Night Club every week asking and paying the DJs to play their song. After a few plays and the whole T.R.A.P Boyz Family on the dance floor demonstrating the Bounce N Slide to rest of the club goers, the dance caught on to the rest of the City of Buffalo. Bounce N Slide was getting regular spins in the club. Envision 500 party people lined up in a small space Bouncing and Sliding. This was a regular event at the Groove Night Club the top 18 and up club in Buffalo, NY.
The buzz of this group is growing daily. Da T.R.A.P Boyz album is scheduled to be released in August 2008 titled Campaign ’08 “The Independent Party” on Doughstorm Worldwide Entertainment. Da T.R.A.P Boyz first single off their debut album is the hit club song “Get Ya Swagg On”
On March 22, 2008 Da T.R.A.P Boyz received The Best Rap Group of Buffalo award and The Best Club Song of Buffalo Award at the first annual Buffalo Hip Hop Awards hosted by DJ Drama. The best Club song was awarded for their hit club single “Get Ya Swagg On”.
