This is me and my guitars... this is me not having to worry about anything but playing my music. I've been the front man and songwriter for my band Pufferbilly for the last 5 years... just time to go and do. Much easier on my own. I want to keep it pure, simple, and real. I love the sound of an acoustic guitar, of a dobro, of roots. I'm a songwriter... I don't want to bury my songs behind a wall of sound anymore. This is me just being me. I pull from influences like Ben Harper, John Butler, Jack Johnson, Eddie Vedder, hillbillies, love and hate, life and children... the world. But I don't think i 'sound like' anybody. I call myself acoustic soul roots music coming down from the mountains. That is me, in the now. The future? The next few years will be spent on the road, performing, travelling, recording, revealling and being. See you out there... out here.
