Bio
David Payne Began performing as a solo artist in late 2008. Releasing his first solo LP "21" in late 2009. Payne has been a highlight in the Dayton area music scene on such notable shows as, the 2009 Dayton Music Festival, and both the 2008 and 2009 Holidayton Music Show Cases. Payne has also become a fan of dayton music critics. Here are just a few things the Dayton press had to say about the Artist.
