Los Angeles based Singer/Songwriter and Performace Artist, Dax Savage, is a Modern-Renaissance Man to the core. The former pro-circus performer, keeps himself on a very disciplined schedule, balancing a budding music career, a booming jewelry and leather accessories company based on his own signature style, and an acting and modeling career that he swears is just for fun.
Dax was heavily influenced by 70's and 80's Rock, Punk, New Wave, and Country. So it's no wonder that his sound tends to be a hybrid of these genres.
Recently, Dax met legendary punk producer, Geza X (The Dead Kennedys, The Screamers, Josie Cotton, Nina Hagen, and Meredith Brooks) and slipped him a demo. Geza was very interested right away. So they hit the studio and recorded the two singles Dax is currently promoting, Cheap Motel and Shine Til the Pain is Gone which will also appear on his next album which is currently in the works.
