DBMA

DBMA is a young Parisian artist of 22 years old doing  Electronic Pop Rock/New Wave.  

Multi-Instrumentalist, he started music as a self-taught at the age of 13 with an old guitar offered to him by his father, with whom he made his first riffs on the album "Mechanical Animals" by Marylin Manson.

 At the age of 14, he formed his first Garage-Rock group "Underdeep".

He practices at the Studio "Luna Rossa" in Paris. He made his debut as a composer.

 Several concerts will flow from this adventure: le Batofar, L' Elyseé Montmartre, Le New Morning or the Emergenza Festival.

 He then followed up with a 2nd band "Tins Kicks" with whom he took part in the Rock Festival "The Gibus" in Paris, in front of a jury composed by Patrick Eudeline and Philippe Manoeuvre, which will give rise to a televised reportage devoted to young musicians.

At the age of 15, he founded the Pop-Rock band "The Bohemians", with Raphaël Boshart (who would later make the front page of the "Inrockuptibles" with the duo of Rap Nusky and Vaati), and went on to play on new big scenes such as La Cigale and  Le Bataclan.

In parallel, he is working as a composer on the artist Côme's project (The Voice 2015).  Their track Electronic Rock "Ego" will be broadcast by Boom, in all Fnac & Darty's stores. 

 In February 2016, the DBMA adventure begins: a subtle mix of trafficked voices, melodic guitars, and creaky synthesizers are his touch.

 A first single is released  "Cop-Out".

 It was at the age of 20 that DBMA decided to work on her solo project, within her Home Studio, transformed into a sound laboratory. There he builds his chemical experiments Electronic Pop Rock/New Wave, in which the influences of "Foals" and "Crystal Castles" are developed.

 With his Arturia synthesizer, his electronic machines and his software, he perfects and develops a sound that is his own and brick-built his 1st EP titled "Auto-Tune".
