Bio

Started in 2003, Deadlip is quickly becoming one of the most sought after independent bands in Utah. When Walt and Pat started a high school band in 2003 they could have only dreamed where it would take them. In 2006 Walt took a break from Deadlip to join a band with James & Curtis; that band was The Lethal West. With The Lethal West they braved countless stages and miles on the road playing with such acts as The Academy Is..., Voxtrot, Morello, and even shared a stage at the 2006 Warped tour with Meg and Dia and Gym Class Heroes. dissolving in 2007, the three members of The Lethal West joined up with Patrick Beck and again started playing music under the title of Deadlip.
Released in December of 2007 the self-produced album, "They Say Burn It" has already won acclaim from local radio DJ's and Utah bands alike. With an ever steady increase of fans and the band already back in the studio recording their second album, Deadlip shows no signs of slowing.
