Inside My Head Again is the brand new track from Perth’s Dead Owls.
Recorded by Dave Parkin (Jebediah, Drapht) at Blackbird Studio, the song channels the likes of Bright Eyes, Yuck & Dinosaur Junior to provide a fresh, exciting and sophisticated take on indie rock, far beyond the young duo’s years.
Understated and angst ridden melodies hover amongst fuzzed out, effect driven riffs and pulsating grooves, which climax with a hook that will stay with you for days.
Well on their way to becoming a world class live act, Dead Owls recently won Ampfest in Perth and have already shared the stage with the likes of Bluejuice, Seth Sentry, I Am Giant, Emperors, Grey Ghost, Something With Numbers and many more.
Dead Owls debut EP will be released on Gun Fever in March 2013.
