Deadpot the Board is an indie-rock band from Baltimore, Maryland. Formed in March of 2003 as State of Soma, a band member departed and the remaining members emerged as Deadpot the Board. SOS/ Deadpot the Board has played numerous shows in and around Baltimore/DC including the legendary Brass Monkey Saloon and the Vault. Deadpot the Board's sound is edgy, fiery and full of emotion. Their sound has been described by linking them to bands like Sebadoh, early Radiohead and the Descendents.
