Bio

2011 has been extremely lucrative year for Dead ‘Til Friday. These “suspiciously young, yet suspiciously experienced chaps” (BBC ATL) hailing from Belfast Northern Ireland, play a unique blend of hard-hitting rap-metal, with catchy, melodic choruses which has gained the band much critical acclaim nation-wide.
“When I heard these guys from Northern Ireland... I instantly woke up and noticed something completely different” (Hit the Floor Magazine)

The young band have racked up an impressive number of festival appearances over the past few months, including Glasgowbury Music Festival and a prestigious slot at Tennent’s Vital Festival, headlined by Eminem. DTF played to an audience of 50,000, between Jimmy Eat World and The Kaiser Chiefs.
Dead ‘Til Friday have also toured with the bands Your Demise and Lower Than Atlantis, and supported Skindred.

All of these opportunities and successes have been fronted by the release of the band’s self-produced “Water” EP, which was released in April 2011.
This CD has been complemented by a professional music video for their single “The Longest Year”. It is set for release in early September, 2011
Dead ‘Til Friday has gained an admirable reputation for highly energetic and dynamic live shows “The stage could barely contain their energy” (Molten Magazine).
