The band name itself has many meanings to us as a group, but best described at the uncertainty in the moment where you wonder if anyone is listening. Are YOU even Listening?

Deaf Angel originated in September of 2005 in Fort Worth, Texas. The band members presently consists of female vocalist Tina Downs, guitarists Lee Daniels and Duston Daulton, Bass guitarist Steve Brandon, and Drummer Scott Van Slyke. These 5 individuals bring diversity to the band giving them a sound with no comparison. Though constant struggles and hardship this band has managed to not only stay together, but unify others by writing positive yet brutally-beautiful music for the masses. With a wide range of influences including classic rock, jazz, and metalcore, their style’s merge into one entity creating a compelling force that can be felt in their live shows and from their CD releases.
