Dean Edwards

A seasoned veteran of stand-up comedy, and now “Saturday Night Live” alum Dean Edwards has just acquired a holding/development deal with ABC. As a cast member of “Saturday Night Live” for two years, Edwards has appeared in sketches impersonating such high profile figures as, Academy Award winner Denzel Washington, actor/comedian Chris Tucker, and Secretary of State Colin Powell. In addition to headlining the top comedy clubs across the country Edwards has appeared on Comedy Central’s “USO Comedy Tour” and “Premium Blend” as well as “Russell Simmon’s “Def Comedy Jam” and the syndicated “Showtime At the Apollo”. He has contributed voices to MTV’s “Celebrity Deathmatch,” “Where My Dogs At?,” NBC’s “30 Rock” and the Oxygen Network/BET’s animated series “Hey Monie”.
Dean recently appeared in “Marci X” starring Lisa Kudrow and Damon Wayans and can be seen in the upcoming film “Spiderman III”.
