Angelic and Euphoric are two words to describe Songstress, Singer, and Songwriter Deanne Brewer. From the moment she opens her mouth to belt out an original composition, one becomes mesmerized by the melodic sound of her voice which has entertained many in the Gospel industry.

Showing her love for music since the tender age of three, Deanne was born to a minister and a teacher who encouraged her to pursue a music career, as she would often entertain family and friends with impromptu performances.

As a child, Deanne lived in New York, Virginia, Ohio, Louisiana and California, where she would later exert her musical abilities as a songwriter and singer. Upon her high school graduation, Deanne knew she wanted to continue to pursue a career in music.

She would later sing and study with Mark Kibble, Claude McKnight, and Mervyn Warren of Take Six while pursuing a degree in Mass Communications. Serving as a Radio Hostess for an all Gospel station in New Orleans, she continued to broaden her musical abilities singing with the Moses Hogan Choral, and the Raymond Anthony Myles Singers, and occasionally, with her sister Debra a/k/a The Brewer Sisters.

Deanne’s stage experience has led her to have had the privilege to sing alongside such Gospel artists as Tramaine Hawkins, Bebe and CeCe Winans, Daryl Coley, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Donald Lawrence, Tonex, Levert, The O’Jays, Miki Howard, and Howard Hewitt, just to name a few. She has traveled to Canada, Italy, the Bahamas and various parts of the United States singing, accompanying and sharing her gift of voice and piano with the world.

Deanne is an accomplished singer, songwriter, and musician who performs throughout the Bay Area of California at churches, weddings, conventions, and other civic events. Her humility is overshadowed by the ecstatic showcasing of worship through her melodic precise tone. No sermon is required once Ms. Brewer has belted a tune leaving your ears wanting more when she plays piano or organ.

Deanne is currently recording her first Gospel/Inspirational CD. The world will soon see the light, which shines upon her.
