Bio
Dear John and the Lab Machines is an Alternative Pop duo from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Their melancholic, cerebral sound was described by music magazine GIGsoup as ‘a down-to-earth turmoil’ reaching ‘fascinating realms of possibilities’.
Both of their homemade EPs, RUBICON Vol. I and RUBICON Vol. II, reached #1 on iTunes Argentina.
They are currently working on their first music video, planning shows and writing new material.
The ancient phrase "crossing the Rubicon" is an idiom referring to any individual or group committing itself irrevocably to a risky or revolutionary course of action, similar to the modern phrase "passing the point of no return".
We all have our own private Rubicons to cross.
Dear John And The Lab Machines
have turned their Rubicons into songs,
hoping they keep you company as you cross yours.
