The Debbie Elam Band (DEB) has been described in several ways but most aptly as “Martina McBride meets The Charlie Daniels Band!” One promoter expounded their energy on stage by describing lead singer Debbie Elam as “a female Garth Brooks”. Their mixture of traditional country and rockin' new country appeals to all ages.
The band formed in 2001 and has played venues throughout the southeast US. They have performed with national acts such as Charlie Daniels, The Kentucky Headhunters, Shelby Lynn, and Eddie Miles.
The band consists of seasoned musicians who have performed with numerous artists over the years. Lead singer Debbie Elam has the total package - good looks, incredible voice with a huge range, and a stage energy that draws the crowd in. One newspaper said, "The Debbie Elam Band is not just a musical act. They are an event!"
