Debbi A. S.- Barber (1977- ) is a singer and songwriter whose work often deals with issues of self-acceptance, empowerment and gospel. She is a native of Jamaica who was raised in the states. She is often compared to Lauryn Hill for her versatile style of rap, reggae, and soul. Debbi is also compared to Mary J. Blige for her strong delivery and power to impact listeners. Debbie admires the anointing on Kim Burrell Cee-Cee Winans ministries, which has greatly inspired her.
