Spawning in 2008 decoy set about there plan to mesh dirty bass beats,psychadelic guitar riffs and heavy drumming to create the sound of decoy, in early 2009 after a chance meeting at a party steve joined to add his twisted lyrics of the crazy grooves and Decoy as we know today were born.
