Homonimo is the name of the band’s first LP with the Mexican record company Intolerancia. The band is due to play at the Vive latino which is the most important concert in Latin America, and at Fresno in the 5 de Mayo holiday which will take place at the Fulton 55.
The album was recorded in two sessions which resulted in an A and B side containing a set of varied, representative songs of what the band is. The album’s music was composed and arranged by Dedo Caracol and lyrics were written by Thomas Cathomen.

Thomas, Noel, Gerardo and Chepo, are not pretending to rein- vent music. They strongly believe their songs are small living beings, that want to go into the world and meet other beings to find out what their purpose is, reachable for those who want them into their minds and ears.
Dedo Caracol is a band well suited to several languages since it has songs in Spanish, English, German and Romantch ( Swiss minority language). Language variety isn’t the result from a desire to conquer the world, Thomas is from Switzerland and it ´s exoticism and diversity reflects in the band’s spirit.
