Dee and Us is the latest project of musician and producer Tom Saboia, famous in Brazil for producing the latest O Rappa band album. 'Seven Times' sold more than 100.000 copies, giving him a golden disc. 'Gold' was made in partnership with Mariana Dias, with Saboia recording instruments as well as mixing and mastering the album.
The result is a mature and sophisticated resonance in a partnership that knew exactly what it wanted and how to show it. It is an album of Brazilian songs, but made by Brazilians in tune with a global voice. It's a mix of pop and indie, and includes beautiful tracks such as 'Open Minded', 'Don't Back Down' and 'Silence'. Tom Saboia - Musician, Music Producer, Composer and Arranger. He's gained a spotlight in the Brazilian music industry as a producer for O Rappa (Warner Music), reaching a Platinum album with 4 singles at the top 10 Brazillian charts.
Mariana Dias - Singer, Music Producer and Composer. She's a demanded pro in the publicity industry, sharing her voice in major campaigns by major companies and agencies in Brazil.
They've gotten together to develop this all-new authoral work to create a fresh music that merges Brazillian Bossa Nova based compositions with the modern sound of contemporary pop international music. The found result consists in a music that features melody and richness and presents a sophisticated sound, still, being able to easily come down to its core, a simple and beautiful acoustic guitar & vocal tune.
